3 PECK Packs (we love Rancheros!), halved
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons mayonnaise (you can also use half mayo, half Greek yogurt here)
1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Ground paprika
Chives, chopped
Salt and pepper

MAKE IT: |
- Scoop out the yolks of your eggs and add to a bowl. Save the whites, and try to keep them pretty, mmkay?
- Add Dijon, mayo, a heavy dash of salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika to the yolks. Mash this all together with a fork until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Add the fresh dill and mix in gently.
- Add the yolk filling to each egg white half. Garnish with chopped chives, a dusting of paprika, and a liberal sprinkling from your Peck Pack.
