Spicy Cashew Queso Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs just got a little more interesting, and a whole lot easier. We love using Siete Spicy Cashew Queso Blanco for this - it's got the perfect amount of bite, and combined with the creamy texture, it makes for one helluva party snack.

2 "RANCHEROS" PECK Packs

3 tablespoons of Siete Cashew Queso

1/4 cup green onions 

MAKE IT:
  1. Slice all PECKISH eggs in half lengthwise and separate the yolks into a separate bowl. 
  2. Cream the yolks together with the queso, then gently fold in 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 
  3. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, and sprinkle with the PECKISH "RANCHEROS" dips. 
  4. Enjoy!
